AudioQuest PowerQuest 2

The Powerquest 2 is a power distributor from the American brand AudioQuest. This power distributor protects your equipment against overvoltages but also removes noise and pollution. This creates both a safer and an improved listening experience. The Powerquest 2 has 6 mains connections of 230V AC:

• 1 x 4K / 8K Video Optimized Linear Filter Outlet
• 2 x High-Current Outlet
• 3 x Linear Filters Outlets

The 4K / 8K Video connection is suitable for your Blu-ray player, 4K, or 8K television. The High-Current output is optimized for your (powerful) amplifier, active subwoofer or soundbar. The last network power connection is the Linear Filter, which is suitable for your video and audio sources: streamer, CD player, computer, network switch or router. This power filter also has two USB ports with a total ampere of 3.4.

As mentioned earlier, the Powerquest 2 is equipped with a surge protector, so you don't have to worry about your components being exposed to high current surges. When an alternating current of 270 VAC is detected, the Powerquest 2 will shut down within 0.25 seconds. When the voltage has dropped to a safe margin, the Powerquest 2 will automatically turn itself back on. All your components are therefore protected against high peak voltages, voltage fluctuations, and even lightning strikes. (max 6000V / 3000A)

Furthermore, this flow filter will significantly improve your sound quality. Because the noise threshold has been lowered by an impressive amount of fewer than 22 decibels, your music will sound a lot quieter and the background is quieter. Finally, the design of this power distributor is also ideal. The Powerquest 2 can be placed flat on the floor, but it can also be placed on its side using a beautiful detachable foot console. There is also the option to install the Powerquest 2 on the wall through sturdy screws. All these options ensure that you can ideally conceal your power distributor in any situation.
